Whistleblowing system

This platform allows reports to be submitted and secure exchanges to take place.

In compliance with the applicable regulation, it is accessible to all collaborators (including external and occasional employees) of the Akuo Energy Group as well as to its stakeholders (co-contractors, subcontractors, job applicants if the information was obtained during the application process, shareholders and committee members).

This system therefore gives you the possibility to report here any information concerning a crime, an offence, a threat or harm to the public interest, or a violation of any law (national and international) of which you are aware.

The confidentiality of your identity will be protected as soon as your report is submitted and during the ensuing procedure.       

Only the referents designated below (the "Referents") will be the recipients of the information that you will send through the form. Your report will be kept confidential.  You will be able to monitor your report and communicate with the Referents on the basis of a confidential code generated by the platform when you submit your report.      

All reports will be thoroughly examined and subjected to a detailed internal audit. The Referents may be required to inform the company management and any other appropriate person for the purpose of processing the case at hand.
